Cancellation Policy

1. A £5 non-refundable cancellation fee will be charged to cover admin costs to SCA.
2. If you cancel more than 2 weeks in advance of your event you will be
   refunded 100% minus the £5 booking fee.
3. If you cancel within 2 weeks of your event 50% of your payment will be reimbursed.
4. If you cancel with less than a week to your event then there is no reimbursement.
5. If you haven’t booked a minimum of 2 hours then we will cancel your booking and ask you to re-book as appropriate. See note 1.
6. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if it doesn’t align with SCA values.
